7.00am	I wake up get changed and make a delicious Berrie and banana smoothie.
7.30am	I get my stuff to take to the movies and go on a trip to my 3 best friends and my cousin. ( Katie, Micaela, Alex and my cousin Shay.
8.30am	As we get out of the car a Manukau car park. We head through the doors and go get our movie tickets to see "Tangled".
9.00am	We go down stairs to have a snack before we go into the movies.
9.35am	We wait in line to get a drink and some popcorn then we head to go into the movies.
9.47am	We sit down in our back row seat and the movie is about to start.
11.10am	The movie finishes what a fun and exiting movie. As everyone leaves the movies we go down stairs and head towards the shops to do some shopping.
12.00pm	We have had a great look around the shops and bought some cool clothes and accessories.
12.10pm	We head towards the food court to have some lunch and come back after to have more of a look.
1.00pm	We sit down and have a scumptious lunch and then we head off to look in more exiting shops like Jay Jays,Smiggle, Cotton On, Glasson's etc.
2.00pm	My mum comes and picks us up and takes us to the pools for a cool off.
2.30pm	We splash around and have races and have a lot of splashing fun.
3.25pm	We go and get changed and quickly go outside and my mum is waiting for us outside.
3.30pm	We hop in the car and head to my house as they are staying the night.
3.50pm	When we get home we go over to the sleep out and talk and watch some movies.
5.00pm	After we have watched some movies we go on the trampoline to burn off some energy.
6.00pm	We come inside for some delicious dinner.
6.30pm	We go back over to the sleep out and make up our beds.

6.45pm	Once we made our beds we get into our Pyjamas and snuggle down to watch more movies.
10.00pm	We are tired after watching so many movies and we have a had a big day out so we turn off the movie and go to sleep.''Goodnight. Sweet dreams''.

My last spelling age was 12.9
My essential spelling score is 98
My last basic fact score was 90
I placed 51st in the school cross country.

The best thing about last year was probably science fair and seminars because I learn't a lot and I got the courage to present them to the class and it showed me what I needed to work on and what other peoples opinion and take it as a compliment. And also the best thing about last year was making new friends.(red hat)
I improved most is my spelling and maths my parents were proud of me and said " they could look at my work and tell I had worked hard". (blue hat)

Thursday 10th March Term 1

Goal for reading is I want to be able to reach the year 7 standard in inferencing.
I will know I have achieved this when I get year 7 standard in my book.
I will do this by trying to summarise what I read
Help I will need at home is I can question my brother on his reading.
Summarise my chapter books to mom or dad after I finish a chapter.
Goal for writing is I want to get a score higher than 75 for my speech.
I will know I have achieved this when I do my speech and get a score.
I will do this by Practicing on others.
Listening carefully to lesson on speeches.
Help I will need at home is practicing it.
Getting Feedback and ideas.
Goal for Mathematics is I want to be able to think outside the box when problem solving.
I will know I have achieved this when I can problem solve quickly.
I will do this by Highlighting the key words.
Understanding what the question is asking.
Practicing my basic facts.
Help I will need at home is do some practice at home.
Get some good strategies to use.
Goal for PB4L is I want to show more excellene in school grounds and for the environment.
I will know I have achieved this when most people are nice to me and when I get awards for caring for the environment.
I will do this by not littering.
Picking up litter even if its not mine.

My goal for reading is I want to be able to inference with more complex texts.
I will know I have achieved this when I can use the clues hidden in the text to answer difficult questions.
I will do this by doing well on black level reading activities on study ladder

Help I will need at home Is my family to ask you inferencing questions about my chapter books.
My goal for writing is I want to use metaphors and similes in my writing.
I will know I have achieved this when my writing has 2 similes and 1 metaphor in it.
I will do this by using them in my writing,
